Update to fatal traffic collision. 
This is an update to a fatal traffic collision that occurred on 10/13/24 in the 600 block of West Cypress.
The suspect in this traffic collision has been identified as Federico Garcia Galvez, 35 years, of Santa Maria. Galvez is currently wanted at this time for felony hit and run causing injury or death.
The decedant is identified as Rosalia Ortega, 1 year old, of Santa Maria.
