Trick or treat is Thursday, October 31st, from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. The motoring public is encouraged to use extra care during these hours and SLOW DOWN. All trick or treaters (and their adults) are encouraged to use sidewalks when available, and to add reflective wear to their outer garments.
