The City is hosting a Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Community Event, Thursday, October 31st.
City Hall will close at 3 p.m.
The street closure at the 400 block of E. San Patricio Ave. will begin at
4 p.m.
The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 8 p.m.
