Hillcrest Rd southbound is closed. Follow posted detour on High Oaks to continue southbound. Hillcrest Rd north bound is open. Valley Rd west is closed from Knightsbridge to the circle. Valley Rd east bound from the circle is open. The circle is closed from Valley Rd to stirling rd.
