Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 12:35 p.m., in the 1300 block of East 28th Street.
Police located a 22-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries; a 34-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition; a 21-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition; and a 20-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
