CCPD seeks your help in locating a missing child: MILEY PIA, 17 years old, 5'2", 130 poumds, green eyes, beauty mark under right eye, medium length strawberry blonde hair. Developmentally handicapped, mental age of 12, diabetic. Possibly wearing blue fleece coat and navy blue sweats. Has 2 chihuahuas in carrier.
Last seen: Residence in area of Twenty Mule Team Rd and Cadillac Blv on night of October 31.
MILEY is new to the area and unfamiliar with traveling in Cal City.
