* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Hughes, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
