* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Kansas, including the following counties, in Central Kansas, Chase, Marion and McPherson. In South Central Kansas, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Reno and Sedgwick.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms will impact locations mainly along and west-northwest of the Kansas Turnpike through this evening. Localized rainfall amounts exceeding 3 inches are likely, which will support increased flooding concerns.
