Investigation - 1900 Block of West 4th Street:
Wilmington Police are conducting a death investigation after locating an injured person.
On November 1, at approximately 11:24 p.m., police responded to the 1900 block of West 4th Street in reference to a check of the welfare complaint. Upon arrival, police located an unresponsive 30-year-old male suffering from a laceration to his arm. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries.
A death investigation is being conducted by police in conjunction with the Delaware Division of Forensic Sciences, and further details will be released when possible.
