* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following counties, Barry, Barton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dent, Douglas, Greene, Howell, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Stone, Taney, Texas, Vernon, Webster and Wright.

* WHEN...From this evening through early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will begin this afternoon, with numerous narrow bands of thunderstorms developing and training over the same corridors tonight through Tuesday morning.
