TORNADO WARNING IN EFFECT FOR WESTERN CARTER COUNTY UNTIL 11:15 AM 11/4/2024.

The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Jefferson County in southern Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Stephens County in southern Oklahoma...
  West central Carter County in southern Oklahoma...

* Until 1115 AM CST.

* At 1038 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 10 miles northwest of Grady, moving northeast
  at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Healdton, Ringling, and Cornish.

Instructions:

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter, safe room or an interior
room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you
are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
