The Custer Countiy Sheriff's Office, Custer County Rural Fire and the Miles City Fire and Rescue are currently on scene at a motor vehicle accident at mile marker 17 on US HIghway 59 South. Both lanes of traffic are blocked to traffic at this time. Please use alternative route to avoid the area if possible.
