Flash Flood Warning 
The National Weather Service has issued a FLASH FLOOD WARNING for the City of St. Louis until 5:45 a.m. due to heavy rain. Between one and two inches of rain have fallen, and an additional two to three inches of rain is possible.
Be aware of your surroundings and avoid driving into rising rainwater that collects on streets.
