This is a Monthly Test of the Franklin County Emergency Management Nixle Alert & Advisory System.
Additional testing of local warning systems (including outdoor warning sirens) may be conducted at 10:00 AM in accordance with Illinois State Statute. Some municipalities that have silent testing capabilities may opt to do silent testing. Activation of outdoor warning sirens will likely be postponed when rain or other inclement weather is forecast to avoid confusion.
