Biddle and Riddle Charged with Felony Identity Theft

Detective Kyle Gibson with McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 30-year-old Tyrees Biddle of Marion with felony Identity Theft. He received a secured bond in the amount of $2,500.

On September 30, Deputy Jared Helms responded to a residence in Marion in reference to a larceny. The stolen item, an EBT card, was taken from Walmart and used to purchase items at Sugar Hill Food Mart. Video footage from the store confirmed the identity of Biddle and 30-year-old Tiffany Riddle of Marion. Riddle was also charged with felony Identity Theft by Det. Gibson and received a secured bond in the amount of $2,500.
