* WHEN...From early this morning to tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Flooding on agricultural land near the river. At 11.5 feet, Farmland near the river is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 9.7 feet and rising. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:00 AM CST Wednesday was 9.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5 feet this morning.
