Reminder to Water Customers Regarding November Bill
Due to Public Works working extended hours during Helene, we were unable to gather September-specific meter readings. Therefore, utility customers will see two months of water usage (September and October) on their November bill. These bills will be sent out this week. Please note, customers will have 60 days to make payments versus the usual 30 days. Late fees are also waived during this time.
