Temple Station will be hosting the next Prescription Turn in Event for the public on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. hours.
The event is for all unwanted/outdated prescribed medication. Please advise the public to place all medication in a bag (Ziplock types are preferred) prior to arriving at Temple Station. Medication bottles and over the counter medication, can be disposed of by the individual at their residence.
All sharps can be placed in the white sharps’ container located in the north-west corner of the front parking lot of the Temple Station.
All over the counter medication, aerosols containers (inhalers), cannot be accepted at the event. Over the counter medication and aerosols can be disposed of separately through regular disposal means at the individual's residence.
