* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Nolan, Runnels and Taylor.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 839 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Robert Lee, Blackwell, Nolan, Fort Chadbourne, Hylton, Sanco, Maryneal, Wingate, Happy Valley, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, Coronados Camp, Oak Creek Reservoir, Wilmeth, The Intersection Of Highway 70 And Ranch Road 53, Shep, Pumphrey, The Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662, Camp Butman, Drasco and The Intersection Of Highway 158 And Ranch Road 2059. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
