Officers responded to the area on a wanted suspect who was at a residence. The suspect fled from officers on foot upon their arrival. The suspect was located in the area but resisted and had to be restrained ARRESTED: Jeff Fletcher, 35, for robbery, battery, child abuse, and resisting arrest.
