* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Runnels and Tom Green.
* WHEN...Until 145 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen since Thursday evening. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Paint Rock, Maverick, Bronte, Miles, Rowena, Hatchel, Lowake, Benoit, Norton, Tennyson, Talpa, Orient, Ballinger Lake, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929 and The Intersection Of Ranch Road 1929 And Ranch Road 2134. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
