Wilmington Police arrest three males on drug charges following investigation:

Wilmington Police have arrested three males on drug charges following an investigation.

Beginning in October, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division have been conducting an investigation into illegal drug sales in the 1000 block of Lombard Street. On November 6, at approximately 10:32 a.m., police responded to that block to execute a search warrant. Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with three male individuals, who fled on foot. Following a brief foot pursuit police took 34-year-old Gregory Dorsey, 33-year-old Nemesis Robinson-Moore, and 27-year-old John Hernandez into custody without further incident. Subsequently, police executed a search warrant in that block and recovered a .32 caliber handgun, a .45 caliber handgun, 57.4 grams of crack cocaine, 17.2 grams of cocaine, 3.9 grams of heroin, 82.88 grams of marijuana, 72 Alprazolam pills, 56 Oxycodone pills, 65 Ecstasy pills, 14 Suboxone strips, drug paraphernalia, and $1,062.

Dorsey has been charged with the following offenses:

  • Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
  • Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
  • Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited – Three Counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity – Four Counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 3 Quantity – Two Counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity – Three Counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity – Three Counts
  • Assault (Second Degree)
  • Tampering with Physical Evidence
  • Resisting Arrest
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $250,000 cash-only bail.

Robinson-Moore has been charged with the following offenses:
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
  • Resisting Arrest
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released after posting $6,200 secured bail.

Hernandez has been charged with the following offenses:
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $1,400 unsecured bail.
