Update: Con Edison Construction Work-North White Plains 
Con Edison's paving contractor will begin milling and paving operations on Monday November 11th, between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM. This roadway restoration work is anticipated to be completed within one week. Temporary No Parking restrictions will be posted on Clove Road, Emmalon Avenue, Intervale Avenue, North Broadway, Overlook Road North, and Overlook Court. Vehicles that are parked in violation are subject to being ticketed and towed.
