Beginning Monday, November 11^th, at approximately 7:00 am, the City’s contractor Upstate Companies will be closing the intersection of Main Street and Market Street in order to allow milling and paving operations from the intersection of Main Street to just past the entrance of Foothills Performing Arts Center.  Chestnut Street Extension will also be closed to through traffic.  This work will occur between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm and continuing on through the reminder of the week.  Access to businesses and residences at the west end of the street will be via sidewalks only unless advanced special request are approved. Also, there will be no on street parking in the immediate work areas.  Access to SFCU, Foothills and other business will be from South Main Street or the east end of Market Street.  Parking in the 27 Market Street Lot will be entrance and exit from the Clinton Plaza main street entrance/exit only.
 
Please avoid this area if at all possible.  Flaggers, temporary signage and barricades will be in place. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all traffic control devices.

The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
