HS 11379.6(A): MANUFACTURING OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
PC 30605(A): ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON
LOCATION: 13500 Block of Rosado Road, Phelan
SUSPECT: Carlos Adrian Lizarraga, 39 years of age, Resident of Phelan
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 1:50pm, Sergeant Rios observed two trailers connected to a generator on vacant land in the 13500 block of Rosado Road in Phelan.
When Sergeant Rios approached the trailers, multiple individuals ran from the location. With the assistance of the California Highway Patrol Aviation Division, deputies located and detained Carlos Lizarraga.
A search warrant was issued and executed on the trailers. Two AR style rifles, a handgun, and approximately 88 pounds of methamphetamine were located inside the trailers. Evidence was also located consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Carlos Lizarraga was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $1,000,000.00 bail.
