* Until 330 AM CST.

* At 121 AM CST, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in near Elizabeth. Between 7 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Oakdale, Oberlin, Glenmora, Elizabeth, Reeves, Mittie, Dry Creek, Grant, Lecompte, Allen Parish Airport, Harmony, Leblanc, Forest Hill, Mcnary and Union Hill.
