The railroad arms have malfunctioned near Los Angeles Ave. between Angus Ave. and Ralston St. and has closed Los Angeles Ave. to eastbound and westbound traffic and will require a detour of traffic for the two hours for repairs. Please use Cocrhan St. for east / west traffic through the city.
