NJ Forest Fire Service notice of 100% BAN on ALL OPEN FIRES, FIRE PITS & CHARCOAL FIRES remains in effect.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has issued an Air Quality Action Day for the following counties: Bergen, Eastern Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Union
until 9 PM EST this evening.
An Air Quality Action Day means that Fine Particulates within the region may approach or exceed unhealthy standards.
