* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level possible in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Middlesex, Western Monmouth and Eastern Monmouth.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Spotty minor tidal flooding possible beginning with the early Wednesday morning high tide.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MIDDLESEX ... WESTERN MONMOUTH ... EASTERN MONMOUTH
