1. Battery on an Officer (1057) 100 Block of North Hunter Street, Civic District
An officer saw a wanted suspect and attempted to take him into custody. When the officer tried to handcuff the suspect, he resisted and lunged at the officer. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Mark Russell, 34, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest and vandalism.
