* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following counties, DeSoto and Tate and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 130 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1024 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Hernando, Millington, T O Fuller State Park, Cordova, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington, Walls, Whitehaven, Southeast Memphis, Southwest Memphis, Lynchburg, Midtown Memphis and Downtown Memphis. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
