* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county, Crittenden, North Mississippi, including the following counties, DeSoto and Tunica, and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 446 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bartlett, Southaven, Germantown, Olive Branch, West Memphis, Horn Lake, Hernando, T O Fuller State Park, Cordova, Memphis, Lakeland, Walls, Horseshoe Lake, Whitehaven, Lynchburg, Southwest Memphis, Downtown Memphis, Midtown Memphis, Southeast Memphis and Eudora. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
