City of Hubbard Water Line Survey

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: To Hubbard City Water customers; We need your help! Hubbard Water Department is required by the US EPA to comply with the “Get the Lead Out” initiative administered by the Ohio EPA. The City of Hubbard has completed the first step in the process back on October 15, 2024, the second step is to have an inventory of ALL water service lines that enter someone’s home or business. This is the waterline that enters the building from the wall or basement (see picture below). Post cards were mailed out to water customers requesting help to fill out the survey or email water line information to [email protected]. Many residents helped us last year with a similar project as we tried to identify water lines in the older areas of the city. All public water systems across the county are doing the same project to meet federal requirements. Thank you for your help, visit https://www.cityofhubbard-oh.gov/water/ If possible please fill out the survey ⬇️ https://forms.microsoft.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=hjrf2yDGmUWBUOUKTcgbl9hyK2NEcLxGtEH46EYLXCRUMTE0VU1aQUNBVERWSUJSV1Q2MlA3RUlXMS4u&route=shorturl
