The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to inform the community that the athletic field at Stead Park will be closed starting Monday, November 18, to replace the synthetic turf field. It is expected that construction will be completed in approximately three weeks.
