Leaf bags are available Saturday 11/16 between 8am & 12noon at the DPW garage on Washington Ave. Be advised the Borough Ordinance says leaves MUST BE BAGGED. Any leaves blown into the road or onto Borough property are subject to a violation. Landscapers must bag or take the leaves away.
