We have received reports of someone using the name of Cpt. Higbee from Support Services calling people asking for money in an effort to not be arrested. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. While Cpt. Higbee does work for the Pocatello Police Department he is not calling you asking for money. Nobody with the police department is calling you asking for money!
