11/14 - 2:55 a.m. - Shan D. Lambert, 52 of Cahokia Heights, arrested on a Monroe County felony warrant for Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and a St. Clair County Traffic Warrant. He was also cited Driving While Suspended, Operation Vehicle When Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance, Operation Uninsured Vehicle & Expired Registration. Incident occurred in the 300 block of North Jefferson Street.
