11/14 - 7:58 a.m. - Nicole E. Hopson, 38 of Belleville, arrested on multiple St. Clair County traffic warrants. She was also cited for Unlawful Display Registration, No Valid Driver's License, No Valid Registration & Operation Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred in the 300 block of West Mill Street.
