On 11/15/24, at approximately 8:00 PM, Phoenix Flowers was safely located.  SVPD Detectives were able to determine the juvenile ran away from home and was intentionally hiding from her family and the police at a friend's house.  She has been returned to her family. 

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who assisted in locating Phoenix. The outpouring of support from community members, local businesses, and partner agencies was instrumental in this positive outcome.

While this case has come to a positive conclusion, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity promptly. Together, we can continue to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

The Simi Valley Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile last seen at approximately 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 14, 2024 in the area of Emory Ave and Los Angeles Ave. The juvenile's name is Phoenix Flowers she is 11 years old, 5'2" 115Lbs and has Brown hair and Blue eyes.
