Wilmington Police are investigating a motor vehicle collision involving pedestrians that occurred at approximately 2:02 a.m. in the 1600 block of Delaware Avenue.
Police located 3 pedestrians who were struck by a vehicle, which subsequently fled from the scene. The victims - a 33-year-old female, a 35-year-old female and a 36-year-old female - were transported to the hospital in critical condition.
This incident remains under investigation by the WPD Special Operations Division/Traffic Unit, and further details will be released when possible.
