Officers were dispatched to the listed area on a report of a disturbance when the suspect spat on officers multiple times. Force was used to take the suspect into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Joseph Arvallo, 34, for battery.
2. Pursuit Arrest (2315) American Street and Main Street, Civic District
Officers attempted an enforcement stop on a stolen vehicle near the listed area. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on pursuit. The suspect was taken into custody after the car became disabled. ARRESTED: Gurwindger Singh, 28, for auto theft and evading.
