INDIANAPOLIS—Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are asking for the public's help in locating 48-year-old James Rich.
James is described as 5'7", 145 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 45 Beachway Drive, wearing a green jacket, maroon shirt, gray sweatpants, and black shoes. He is believed to be in need of medical attention.
