* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Callahan, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Nolan, Shackelford, Taylor and Throckmorton.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected Sunday evening and continue through sunrise Monday morning in the Big Country. Heavy rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expected, with locally heavy amounts up to 5 inches possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
