Incident Summary:
On November 14, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m. hours, Petaluma Police Department responded to a report of a missing juvenile at risk, Jessenia Hernandez-Adame (15 years old). Jessenia left her residence on November 13, 2024, at some time after 2:00 p.m. hours. Jessenia did not provide a destination and does not have her cell phone. All of Jessenia’s local frequented areas were checked with negative results.
Jessenia is believed to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black checkered sweatpants, and black shoes. Jessenia is a Hispanic Female Juvenile, 5-02, 100 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
