* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Nolan.

* WHEN...Until 645 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 347 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Roscoe, Blackwell, Nolan, Maryneal, Champion, Hylton, Wastella, The Intersection Of Highway 70 And Ranch Road 53, Camp Boothe Oaks, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 608 And Highway 147, Lake Sweetwater, I-20 Near The Nolan- Mitchell County Line and Us-84 Near The Nolan-Fisher County Line. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 260. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... IH 20 frontage roads crossing Bitter Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Towd Creek, FM 1170 crossing Eagle Creek, FM 2035 crossing Bitter Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Plum Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Sweetwater Creek, crossings along County Road 226, County Road 229 crossing Cottonwood Creek, County Road 221 crossing Little Stink Creek and County Road 108 crossing Kldoogan Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
