INCIDENT: P.C. 245(A)(1)- Assault with a Deadly Weapon, P.C. 594(B)(1)- Vandalism Exceeding $400
LOCATION: Mojave Drive/ Village Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Melissa Jamie Salgado, 31-year-old Resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY: On Saturday, November 16, 2024, at approximately 10:22 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded a call for service for a female who threw bricks at people and vehicles.
Deputies learned Melissa Jamie Salgado, went to the incident location and caused damage to two vehicles. One of the victims attempted to stop Salgado, which resulted in a physical altercation. Salgado threw a brick at another victim and caused damage to a second vehicle.
Melissa Jamie Salgado was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 245(A)(1)- Assault with a Deadly Weapon, P.C. 594(B)(1)- Vandalism Exceeding $400.
