There will be a complete road closure of Lower Rd. between 1300 Lower Rd. and Avenue C due to road paving. Use allternate routes of travel. Businesses affected in that stretch of roadway are encouraged to remove whatever trucks are needed for delivery purposes for the day as once paving starts, entry onto roadway will not be feasible.
