LOCATION: Interstate 15 / Mojave Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Dominick Deshawn Kennedy, 31-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Friday, November 15, 2024, at approximately 12:20 a.m. Deputy J. Lashbrook initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle failed to yield and led deputies on a pursuit. The driver of the motorcycle, Dominick Deshawn Kennedy, was involved in a traffic collision and attempted to flee on foot. Deputies located Kennedy and he was taken into custody.
Dominick Deshawn Kennedy was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for V.C 2800.2(A)- Felony Reckless Evading, V.C. 2800.4- Evading Police and Driving Wrong Way
