East Chicago Hosts Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Rays Caribbean Jerk
 
East Chicago, IN – November 19, 2024 – Mayor Anthony Copeland and the East Chicago Department of Planning and Economic Development proudly invite the community to celebrate the grand opening of Rays Caribbean Jerk, located at 3825 Main Street, East Chicago, IN. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on November 21, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
 
Rays Caribbean Jerk offers an enticing array of soul food dishes infused with the bold and vibrant flavors of Caribbean cuisine. From savory jerk chicken to collard greens and more, this new restaurant is set to become a cornerstone for food enthusiasts seeking rich, spiced flavors with a touch of Southern hospitality.

• Friday and Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Closed Mondays
