SUBJECT: Charles Harris, 79-year-old male
SUMMARY:
Charles Harris was last seen on Friday, November 15, 2024, at approximately 4:50 pm. Charles was on his normal walking route in the area of Koda Road & Muni Road in the Town of Apple Valley when his family member lost sight of him.
Charles was last seen wearing layered clothing: grey jacket over a blue jacket, blue shorts over tan pants and grey and black shoes.
